Davina from ‘Married At First Sight’ says no one wants to date her now

Not exactly the outcome you hope for when you go on a show to find love…

This season of Married At First Sight Australia was perhaps the most explosive yet, with a heck of a lot of the drama revolving around Miss Davina Rankin — who was originally paired with Ryan, but got caught up in a bit of a love-rhombus when she had a sort-of fling with another groom, self-titled feminist (but actual misogynist), Dean.

This little hiccup in the experiment became bigger than Ben Hur when Dean decided not to pursue his fling with Davina, but instead to continue on in the experiment with his 'expertly matched' TV wife, Tracey — throwing Davina under the bus and painting her as a home wrecker.

In that instance, Davina became Australia's number one reality star villain — which brought about a shit tonne of abuse from both other MAFS contestants and on social media.

Now, in an interview with The Daily Telegraph (just 24 hours after the disappointing finale aired), Davina has revealed that dating has become a bit of an issue.

Despite admitting that the show has given her a bad rep, she has found the ~silver lining~ to this shitty storm cloud by saying, "But I don't want to date someone who judges me anyway, so it's filtering out the bad ones."

Here's hoping that Davina's dating life picks up post-MAFS and she stops receiving surprise dick pics — because no one wants that…
