If your makeup routine isn't complete without drowning your freshly baked face in setting spray, you've come to the right place.
One of MAC's cult products is their Prep & Prime Fix + Spray. This multi-purpose vitamin-infused water mist isn't designed to 'set' your makeup, but rather refresh and hydrate the skin to stop your makeup looking cakey and leaving behind a 'soft sheen'. It can also be used to enhance the look and intensity of metallic eyeshadows and highlighters if you spray it on your makeup brush before application.
But if you prefer a matte finish to a glowy one, you will be pleased to hear that a brand new MAC product was spotted backstage at London Fashion week.
MAC's Global Senior Artist, Dominic Skinner shared a sneak peak of MAC Fix + Matte and it sounds like all your setting spray prayers may have finally been answered.
"Spotted at Fashion Week. It actually mattes the skin but refreshes and fixes makeup all at the same time."
From the sounds of it, it looks like Fix + Matte will be more of a traditional setting spray, keeping those pesky oils at bay and preventing your makeup from sliding off half way through the day.
MAC has not announced any launch details yet, but we will update you as soon as we have them.
In the meantime we're going to try and pre-order a gallon.
