This is the $20 mascara that Meghan Markle recommended to her makeup artist

Adds to basket immediately

I think it's fair to say that we're all currently deep in the throes of a Meghan Markle makeup obsession. Her barefaced bridal beauty look has us throwing out our heavy coverage foundations and reaching for our eyebrow pencil to draw on some faux freckles.

One person who is very familiar with Meghan's makeup habits is her former longterm makeup artist, Lydia Sellers, who was solely responsible for painting Meghan's face before her move to the UK.

Lydia has already spilled the tea on some of Meghan's favourite makeup products including Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation and MAC Teddy Eyeliner, but in a new interview with Hello! she revealed that Meghan was so "in the know" when it came to makeup that she actually recommended products to Lydia.

And if you thought Meghan's makeup taste was out of your price range, think again because according to Lydia one of her favourite products costs $22 from Priceline.

"Meghan actually introduced me to a drugstore mascara, Maybelline Lash Sensational Luscious Mascara. I keep it stocked in my kit now at all times thanks to her! This mascara really helps to amplify your lashes and polish off the entire look. It's great for full volume and lengthening, the formula is super hydrating."

Looks like we'll be adding that to our makeup bags immediately then.
