…but it’s back in stock!

As far as skincare goes, face masks are having a MOMENT right now. There’s a mask for pretty much every skin concern, including hydration, nixing pimples and general glowy-ness.

The latest face mask to capture the attention of the internet is Australian-based beauty brand Sand & Sky. The brand’s one and only product is the Purifying Pink Clay Mask. After launching in April, Sand & Sky sold over 60,000 jars of the Purifying Pink Clay Mask in the first 12 weeks — and even racked up a 2,000 person wait-list!

Now, it’s back in stock and we’re itching to see what the fuss is about! (Not literally itching but you get the point…)

Sisters Emily and Sarah Hamilton are the brains behind Sand & Sky. They decided to launch a skincare brand with an Aussie focus after living overseas and noticing how positively people responded to the fact they were Australian. “There’s this automatic assumption that, as an Aussie, you’re friendly, beachy, living the dream,” Emily tells Cosmo. “We knew we wanted to create a skincare brand that encompassed that kind of vibe.”

So, they created a product that was uniquely Australian — the key ingredient of the Purifying Pink Clay Mask is, you guessed it, Australian pink clay. Sarah explains how they settled on the key ingredient:

YouTube is also besotted with the Purifying Pink Clay Mask — it’s been reviewed approximately 200 times, the majority of them being positive. YouTuber Gigi Bex concluded, “I’ve spent a fortune on products and this is actually very, very good for me… it’s actually done something, like a lot for me.”

Meanwhile, fellow YouTuber Erin Scott said, “It’s done something really nice to the texture of my skin… which I’m super happy with.”

Popular beauty vlogger Naty Ashba also swears by the stuff in her Sand & Sky review: “My skin is so soft and I have no pores… This is absolutely a super positive review. I will be using it twice a week because I have dry skin.”

The Sand & Sky Purifying Pink Clay Mask can be purchased from the brand’s website for $69.90.
