When it comes to attempting a smokey eye, most of us fall into two categories: those who can do it with their eyes closed (no, not literally closed) and those who avoid it altogether.
If you fall into the former category, please click the ‘back’ button on your browser and continue with whatever you were doing previously.
Great – now that those show offs are gone, let’s talk about how you can do a smokey eye in 60 seconds.
Step 1. Apply a dark grey shadow, beginning at the inner corner of the eye.
Step 2. Starting from just before the middle of your eye, sweep on black shadow.
Step 3. Blend out the shadow so it forms a slight wing.
Step 4. Use a blendable kohl or crayon liner and starting from the middle of your eye, sweep out and upward.
Step 5. Line the top of the eye with liquid liner and make sure to join the line with the bottom.
