What you’ll need:
- A brush
- A tail comb
- Shine Serum
- 2 x clear hair elastics
What to do:
Step 1: Brush hair.
Step 2: Create a centre part using a tail comb and tie one side into a bun (this is to make sure it doesn’t get in the way).
Step 3: Take three sections of hair from the front of your head and begin braiding.
TIP: To form an inside-out braid, you’ll need to cross the middle piece of hair over the outer sections.
For example, start by taking the middle piece and crossing it over the right outer section.
Then, you'll find yourself with a new middle piece of hair (which came from the right section). Cross this over the left section.
After you’ve done this, you’ll need to gather up more hair into the two outer sections and repeat the criss-crossing method.
Continue crossing the middle section over the outer sections and gathering more hair as you work your way down.
Step 4: Once you get to the end of your lengths, secure your braid with an elastic.
Step 5: Repeat the criss-crossing and gathering braid method on the other side.
Step 6: Apply hair serum to the braids for instant shine.
TIP: If you’re going to the gym like Khloé, we wouldn’t apply hair spray as you’re about to sweat.

And if Katy Perry's anything to go by, it shouldn't be reserved for the gym either.
