Amy Schumer has made a career out of her razor-sharp wit and hilarious jokes, but apparently that’s still not enough for Hollywood.
- FRUSTRATED SIGH *
Amy revealed on the Johnathon Ross Show this week that after she was cast as the lead in Trainwreck (you know, the movie she wrote), she was told she’d better lose weight before they started filming.
“It was explained to me before I did that movie that if you weigh over 140 pounds [63 kilos] as a woman in Hollywood, if you’re on the screen it will hurt people’s eyes.
“I didn’t know that so I lost some weight to do that but never again,” she said.
Cough BULLSHIT Cough
She didn’t say who said this to her, but gosh, we’d love to know.
