Who is Anna Kendrick's boyfriend? Inside her low-key relationship

Anna keeps her love life on the DL.

When Anna Kendrick spoke to Cosmopolitan for our October issue, she basically admitted to not dating anyone for three years in her early twenties.

"There was definitely a period in my life – I think from 19 to 21 or 22 – where I just didn't really date or go out much or hook up or anything," she said.

"I think [back then] I felt a little bit awkward around the idea of dating, the idea of going to dinner and seeing if you have some kind of love connection still seems very silly and formal to me."

Thankfully, she managed to get her head back in the dating game eventually and has been linked to both Jake Gyllenhaal (they starred together in 2012 film End of Watch) and British director Edgar Wright, who she dated from 2009 to 2013.

There was also a weird time where she was briefly linked to Zac Efron simply because they were making a movie together, but the pair are just friends.

While you won't hear it from her, Anna has been off the market for the last four years.

Since 2014, Anna has been romanced by cinematographer Ben Richardson and they are probably the most low-key lovers you'll ever encounter.

Aside from the fact Anna puts out serious single girl vibes in interviews (which we love her for), she and Ben never attend events together and are only ever seen strolling the streets in paparazzi pics or hanging out on Anna's movie sets.

Ben has even worked on Anna's films, including Drinking Buddies and Happy Christmas.

He's also worked on major movies like TheFault in Our Stars and the Oscar-nominated Beasts of the Southern Wild and his talent is evident with one look at his Instagram account, which consists of stunning landscape photography.

As for Anna's Instagram, there's no trace of Ben. Not a single hint.

They're officially Hollywood's most chill power couple. You heard it here first.
