Cara Delevingne records catwalk video selfie

Watch the first ever footage recorded by a model on the runway. Apparently.

Cara Delevingne reckons she has made history by recording the first ever video selfie on a Fashion Week runway. Yep, we reckon that’s a pretty believable claim.

The world’s most talked about supermodel recorded the footage of herself walking the Giles Deacon catwalk at London Fashion Week, and posted it on Instagram. You know, in case you wanted to know what it’s like.

In four short videos Cara, 21, pulls several of her trademark funny faces for the camera and provides a running commentary, all while modelling the designer’s latest collection. Talk about multi-tasking.

“It’s about to happen, it’s about to happen,” she giggles at the start of the first video.

“Oh my gosh, first live video from a catwalk!”

We’re pretty sure modelling is just one big muck-about for Cara, who seemed to spend the duration of the runway show hanging out with BFF Jourdan Dunn (who makes a quick cameo in the finale section of the vid) and new pal Kendall Jenner.

Cara was also spotted partying all night at an intimate and A-list packed Prince gig in London on Monday, alongside new girlfriend Michelle Rodriguez.

And she attended the ELLE Style Awards the following night.

Meanwhile, we had pizza for dinner last night. And that was the highlight of our week.
