Chrissy Teigen had a jealous meltdown on the set of one of John Legend’s music videos

“Keep in mind John and I met on a video. I was that girl! I know how this shit works!”

Chrissy Teigen is the gift that keeps on giving. She's the antidote to the pure horror that is 2018 and Twitter is probably thanking its lucky stars she chooses to share so much on their platform.

In this week's episode of 'Things Chrissy Said That Made Us Love Her Even More', she admitted to having a jealousy-fuelled meltdown on the set of John's music video when she was a wee 22-year-old lass.

Ten years ago, Chrissy was watching her boyfriend film his music video alongside some of their friends. As is the nature of RnB clips, he had a love interest he was being flirty and touchy with.

Her friends were ribbing her — as any good friend should — talking about how pretty the girl was.

And look, Chrissy probably had good reason to be a little on edge. She met John while filming; she'd been that very girl and the similar on-set chemistry was a little too reminiscent of her own experience.

That was it, she stormed off, surprising just about everyone on set.

Probably didn't help one of the lyrics is, "Do I have a girlfriend? Technically no…"

Chrissy has previously said 'Green Light' was her least favourite of John's songs. Given the new deets, was this why?

Apparently not. She just thinks it's "too corny".
