Justin Bieber proposed to Hailey Baldwin in front of a crowd of lucky onlookers, but not before asking them to do one thing.
Details are emerging of how the singer, 24, and model, 21, got engaged, with a source telling E! News Justin proposed on Saturday night at a restaurant in Baker's Bay, a luxurious beach resort on an island in the Bahamas.
According to the source, Justin's security asked onlookers to put their phones away, which could explain why we haven't seen any sneaky footage of the big moment.
"The proposal was a very happy moment and Hailey was taken off guard. Her face was in shock but you could tell they are both so in love," the source said.
Justin arranged the ring while they were in New York City before they flew out for their Bahamas vacation on July 6.
We haven't seen high-res pics of the ring yet, but a photo of Hailey and Justin believed to have been taken in the Bahamas shortly after the proposal shows Hailey rocking a big diamond.
We love that she's paired what is probably a priceless custom piece of jewellery with a neon yellow bikini and a baseball cap. It's a look.
Apparently the duo have let some of their close friends know by Facetiming them, while their respective parents have spilled the beans on social media.
Meanwhile, video has emerged of Justin and Hailey in the Bahamas on the day he proposed and let's just say the Biebs looks high-key smitten (you can see the footage at the top of this story).
And if you're worrying about Selena Gomez right now, don't. She's on a boat with her gal pals absolutely thriving and is probably thrilled to be excluded from this narrative once and for all.
