Kanye West just released a song about 'smashing' his sisters-in-law and we're definitely not okay with that

Please stop, Kanye.

Kanye West may not be best known for his beautifully romantic and serene song lyrics, but as he often pulls a banger track out every once in a while, we seem to have let some of his ~questionable~ rhymes slide.

Plus, his wacky words in his songs often reflect the nonsensical "I am a God, get me my damn croissant" gibberish that he spouts in interviews and on Twitter.

Kanye's last lyrical scandal surrounded his now-infamous track 'Famous', where he claimed that he still had a chance of screwing Taylor Swift because he was responsible for her success. While there was a whole saga around whether or not Taytay gave Kanye permission to say that about her, the final nail in the coffin came when Yeezy dropped the music video, which included a naked wax work of Taylor lying next to the likes of Donald Trump, Chris Brown, Rihanna and Caitlyn Jenner.

While we didn't think things could get any more hectic than that, Kanye West's new album has a shocker of a song that is making some hella crude and incest-ridden comments about his wife's family: The Kardashians.

In his song titled 'XTCY' Kanye spouts these lyrics about his sisters-in-law:

Maybe just take a minute to let the inappropriateness really smack you in the face.

Honestly, we're seriously pissed about these lyrics. Not only are they disrespectful, but they're also hugely inappropriate. Imagine if your brother-in-law said that about you? They'd be a goddamn fist fight at the family barbecue at the very least.

We're aware that the 'shock factor' is often all artists are hunting for when they release new music, because, let's face it, it gives them the media coverage they're looking for — but if we keep letting lyrics like this slide, when is it going to stop?

The Kardashians get overly-sexualised and talked about as if they're not real people every day, but the one thing that they say gets them through is their family. It's their safe place, and the only group of people they can truly trust. So for Kanye West to abuse that and take advantage of being married into the world's most famous family is such a letdown.

Be better Yeezy.
