UPDATE 12.54: Kris Jenner breaks her silence over Lamar Odom
Kris Jenner has broken her silence over Lamar Odom in a touching Instagram plea. Lamar is currently in critical condition in a Las Vegas hospital, after being found unconscious in a brothel in Nevada.
Reports indicate his life is hanging in the balance and his condition is being treated as a drug overdose which may have caused strokes as a result.
On Instagram, Kris urged fans and followers to send their prayers to Lamar.
"Please pray for Lamar," she wrote, hashtagging the post "#ourfighter."
After sending a heartbreaking tweet about her former brother-in-law, Kendall Jenner has reportedly jetted to Nevada to be with the rest of the family as they await news. She was in Shanghai for Shanghai Fashion Week.
Us Weekly reports Khloe Kardashian rushed straight Lamar Odom’s bedside when news broke Lamar was in hospital fighting for his life. Kim and Kris are said to with Khloe and Rob Kardashian and Scott Disick are flying to be near him.
Kendall posted this heartbreaking tweet:
"Family and friends are extremely concerned for Lamar," his publicist, Eve Sarkisyan, said in a statement to Us Weekly. "Please don't listen to the false information being circulated unofficially. Please respect the family's privacy during this difficult time."
Khloe’s made no secret over her deep love for Lamar. In April she told E! News: “I will never, ever not love Lamar. I was so obsessed with him in a healthy way. He was my husband, and I still wish he was, and I don't think there's anything wrong with that."
And last month, Khloe opened up again, this time to Women’s Health, telling the publication: “I love Lamar to death. He is the love of my life. We had a fantastic marriage. Do I wish he had tried harder? Yes. Do I think that he maybe didn’t have the energy to fight because he was fighting so many other things? Yeah.”
On KUWTK, Khloe said she was worried Lamar would ‘spiral’ out of control after the drug-related death of his best friend.
The Mail Online are now reporting “Every drug imaginable was found in Lamar's body” and he has a “50/50 chance of survival” and is reportedly on life support in a coma, with his heart, lungs and kidneys failing.
Thoughts and prayers are with Lamar and the whole family.
