Khloe Kardashian has spoken up about Lamar's cheating

But still has #NoRegrets.

Khloé Kardashian and Lamar Odom have quite publicly had a rollercoaster of a relationship, and as hard has it has been to #KeepUp, she's now opened up about some of the more nitty gritty details more candidly than ever before.

When Lamar was hospitalised and almost died earlier this year Klo reportedly called off their pending divorce to help oversee medical decisions, but while the whole world sepculated this meant they could be getting back together, she tells Howard Stern that she never forgot why they broke up in the first place.

In an interview with the US radio host this week, she opened up about Lamar's cheating.

"Lamar was so great at making me feel like I was the only one and I'm this princess," she said, which was why she "never speculated cheating."

Khloé found out that Lamar was using his assistant to develop relationships with other women for him and text them to keep his phone records clean.

Well that's "disgusting," as Khloé puts it...

Although Lamar denied it all, they eventually (obviously) called it quits.

Being wise beyond her years, Khloé is adamant of the fact that she does not regret her marriage to Lamar, but says it was the "most intense" relationship she'd ever had.

"Obviously we had phenomenal sex," said Khloé. "But it was also the intensity of our spirits, as corny as that is. We wouldn't sleep for five days because we were talking about everything in our life. It was just the most intense relationship I ever had in a great way. In hindsight should I have waited? Sure, but I don't regret doing it.

"I know he loves me. I know we loved each other. I don't question those feelings. I've always asked why. Lamar does... did struggle with substance abuse. I do believe he has a sex addiction, but I also don't know if I believe in a sex addiction that much."

"Yes, I'm sure people will say it was a mistake for me," she admits. "I wouldn't change what I did because it was also some of the best time of my life. I wouldn't say it was a mistake. I needed that experience. The love I received was the love I needed at that time."

You go, KoKo.
