Keepin' it in the family.

Kim Kardashian West has built a multi-million-dollar empire by being a brilliant self-promoter, and it turns out she's handed down those skills to her five-year-old daughter, North.

The reality star recently launched her own makeup line, KKW Beauty, and has been hustling up a storm pushing it on social media.

Hey, that's just what you've gotta do when your sister is Kylie Jenner, of Forbes billionaire cover fame.

But some people think Kimmy might have taken it too far with her latest Insta shoutout for her brand, which featured North wearing bright red lipstick.

In the short video, Kim can be heard saying to North: "Thanks for being the best model for me."

She also captioned the clip: "North wearing shade #6 in the new Classic Blossom collection."

But some on Instagram weren't pleased with North's new look.

"I would never let my child go out in lipstick. Just so wrong!" one commenter wrote. "This child is growing up so fast," another wrote.

Kim K anticipated the shade and added a message for all "mommy shamers".

"Relax, it's coming off in a few mins. I needed a bribe to get her out the door ... you feel me?!??!?!" she said.

This was the second time Kim has shared footage of North getting her face on. On the same day as the lipstick incident, she posted a clip of North doing her makeup in the mirror with the caption, "contour queen".

Look. it's v cute, but the technique needs some work. Stick to your day job, Northie.

Oh wait ... you don't have one. Yet.
