[UPDATE] A rep for Blac Chyna has told People that she wanted to announce the news on Mother's Day, but that the Kardashian clan deliberately leaked the news.
"She would have preferred to have announced it on Mother's Day herself but her hand was forced … allegedly the other half of her family leaked her story so she had to announce it.
"The only people that knew from Chyna's side was myself and Amber," he said of her best friend Amber Rose. "Her mother didn't even know. [Chyna's] moment was taken from her, which is really sad."
In news that’s without a doubt the biggest Kardashian-related bombshell we’ve had for a while, Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna have confirmed they're expecting a child.
Soon after TMZ broke the news, Rob and Blac simultaneously posted photos of a pregnant Blac Chyna emoji to Instagram. Because an official statement just isn’t their style.
According to TMZ, Blac is several months along, and both she and Rob are super excited to be parents together. It’ll be Rob’s first time as a daddy, but Blac already has three-year-old son King, who she had with rapper Tyga, who’s now dating Kylie Jenner – Rob’s half-sister. Which means Kylie will soon be an Aunty to her boyfriend’s son’s sibling. Anyone else confused?
It’s interesting timing for Rob and Blac’s baby announcement, with most of the Kardashian-Jenner clan overseas in Cuba, where they’ve been smoking cigars and causing kontroversy with a capital K.
Could it be a coincidence that Rob has come back to Keeping Up With The Kardashians after staying out of the limelight for a few seasons at the same time he's become a father? And when will this be introduced as a storyline on the show? We have so many questions.
So far, Tyga has publicly given his blessing to the pair by writing "congratulations" on Blac's Insta post, and Kim and Kylie have both double-tapped. Such a modern family.
Get ready people, there’s a Kardashian baby on the way.
