Gigi Hadid is being "legally pursued" over her latest Insta post and she's furious

She's been served.

If there's one thing people should know about Gigi Hadid, it's that you shouldn't cross her. Have you seen the girl do her boxing workouts? Her right hook sends shivers down our spines.

And yet, one brave paparazzi photographer clearly didn't get the message that Gigi does NOT mess around and set their lawyers on her.

The supermodel took to Instagram to let out a rant about a legal threat she'd received for literally just sharing a photo of herself on the street.

"Yesterday I heard from my management that I am being 'legally pursued' for my last (now deleted) Instagram post," Gigi wrote.

"The photo is by a paparazzi & is of me on the street outside an event last week."

Gigi said she understood that this was the nature of her job and that this was how paparazzi made their money, but she felt it was a bit rich to launch legal action given, "these people make money off us every day, LEGALLY stalking us day in and day out".

"For someone to take a situation where I was trying to be open, and sue me for a photo I FOUND ON TWITTER (with no photographers name on the image), for a photo he has already been paid for by whatever outlet put it online (!!!), is absurd…if the person had just commented on my photo I would have been happy to tag and give credit," Gigi said.

Gigi's complaints are not new amongst the celeb set. Recently, Hilary Duff shared a scary video of her begging a photographer to stop stalking her.

Unfortunately, while we all love a chic street style pic of our favourite stars, they do come at a cost.

Prepare for G to deny us her flawless off-duty outfits in the coming weeks because she's ducking and weaving her way through a potential lawsuit.
