You don’t get an enviable bod like Bella Hadid’s without some serious squat time, and after hearing from her trainer how much werk werk werk she puts in, it’s no wonder she’s become one of the most in demand models on the market.

While she’s often pictured indulging in our favourite things in like like pizza, cheese and wine, the VS model has revealed she makes up for it by going absolutely HAM in the gym with trainer Rob Piela alongside sis Gigi Hadid with a brutal AF workout of squats, ab crunches and boxing sessions.

"When I work out I love to work out. I train, and I work out hard for two hours," she told E! News at the Nike Cortex launch event in LA on Sunday.

"I don't like to do the whole yoga thing. I think yoga is calming and it's amazing, but if I am going to go for it, I am going to go hard," she revealed, adding, "I wouldn't say I get out of bed and I am like, 'I am going to go work out!' but when I get to the gym—rock and roll," she added.

As they say, it’s all about dat ~balance~.
