Good question! Demi goes and breaks it down into four simple (and hella realistic) steps:
1. Tell yourself you're beautiful daily
2. Be gentle with yourself
3. Eat carbs without guilt
4. And remember that life is too short to worry about what others think!
Now, we don’t know about you but we kinda stopped listening after the third point because any mantra that recommends eating carbs guilt-free is something we can 100% get on board with.
