Model-slash-actress Emily Ratajkowski's body is the stuff of legends. Ever since she came to our attention starring across from Ben Affleck in Gone Girl, we've been a bit obsessed with EmRata's crazy good looks and jet-setting lifestyle.
A body like that must take a hell of a lot of work, right? Here, we round up everything Em does to keep herself looking that nice.
Surprisingly, EmRata's diet is a green juice free zone. Instead, she prefers pastry. "Every day… I get this pastry called kouign-amann with my black coffee," she told Harper's BAZAAR US. "I always pretend that I don't know what I'm getting. I'm like 'Umm, hmm, I guess I'll get a kouign-amann?' They'e like, 'Uh-huh'."
Lunch for the model is usually served on set. "Lunch is usually a salad or a sandwich," she told BAZAAR. "If I'm on set, I'll have catering, but I'm well behaved with that stuff. It's easy to go crazy – they know how to feed you."
Em definitely isn't a vegetarian. "I'm a carnivore," she told ELLE US. "I really like to eat meat. I crave iron."
Dinner is a social event for Em: "I never eat at home. Dinner is my time to be social and catch up with people."
"I love this Italian restaurant downtown called Bestia," she told BAZAAR. "It's kind of fun, and they have good cocktails and wine. If I'm trying to be a little healthier, there's Café Gratitude downtown. There's amazing sushi at this tiny place called Mako in Little Tokyo. And I also love uni. Anything with uni in it is great for me."
"I think it's good to indulge occasionally," she told ELLE. "I wouldn't say I am the type of girl who craves Doritos but I definitely love a good cupcake sometimes." Same.
While EmRata likes to stay active, her exercise regime is surprisingly doable. "I really like to hike," she told ELLE. "L.A. is a great place for that. And doing yoga a couple of times a week is a really big part of my regimen."
