Here’s everything Jenna Dewan Tatum eats on an average day

We take what she’s having.

Every time she steps onto the red carpet, Jenna Dewan Tatum looks like the picture of health. She’s fit, flawless and we’re pretty sure you can see her eyes sparkle from outer space.

Recently, the Step Up star spoke to US Women’s Health about her average day on a plate. As expected, Jenna’s meals are all pretty healthy. But in typical, down to earth Jenna style, there’s no craziness here, just good wholesome food.

Breakfast: green smoothie

In the AM, Jenna likes do down a green smoothie. Her ingredients of choice? Spinach, kale, lemon, apple, banana, cod liver oil and black sesame seeds blended with water. Occasionally, she’ll add some pear into the mix. "My skin, my hair, my energy—everything is better," she said.

Lunch: tabouli salad

Jenna’s part Lebanese so she grew up eating tabouli. “It's my favourite,” she said. “I like to make things that will keep for a couple of days, and I can just grab and go."

Most tabouli will usually include a mix of parsley, mint, bulgur, tomato and scallions, drizzled with olive oil and lemon juice.

Dinner: brown rice bowl

At the end of a long day, Jenna likes to sit down to a brown rice bowl. Usually, she includes black beans and a variety of colourful veggie such as purple potatoes, butternut squash and asparagus.

Not only is Jenna’s relationship with Channing Tatum #goals, it looks like her diet and lifestyle is pretty on point too. Sigh… Is there anything she can’t do?!
