Preach it, sister.

When it comes to living a long healthy life, there's no one-size-fits-all approach. Some people swear by the benefits of having a gin and tonic every day. Others think that coffee is the key.

Recently, 109-year-old Scottish woman Jessie Gallan revealed what she thinks is the key to a long life: avoiding men. TBH, we think she might be on to something.

"My secret to a long life has been staying away from men," Jessie told the Daily Mail. "They're just more trouble than they're worth."

"I never had to depend on anyone," she continued. "I always worked hard and seldom would I ever take a holiday."

As a certified centenarian, Jessie's approach obviously worked for her. Her other tips include a daily bowl of porridge and regular exercise.

That f*ckboy you've been seeing recently? Tell him boy, bye. Jessie says so.
