Koko shared a short video of a recent workout, which involved using an ab roller to engage her core and get that rockin’ waist she’s been showing off lately.
But get this – she does 100 of them. That’s right, 100. In a row. The woman is super-human! We’re not sure if we could even do 10 (at least not without taking a rest halfway through).
