Khloé Kardashian’s bum is one of the most talked about body features of the Kardashian klan RN, alongside Kylie Jenner’s boobs and Kendall’s lips.

But despite internet trolls claiming she’s had work done, Koko maintains her fit bum is solely due to her kickass fitness routine, which she’s decided to share.

Koko took to her app to break down her ‘easy booty-building move’, and it sounds kinda hard.

“The invisible chair squat exercise SLAYS me!” she writes. “All you need is a wall (or a friend who’s literally got your back) to get your glutes firing and on that road to high and tight!”

High and tight, you say?

“Lean against a wall, or ask a friend to prop you up using their body weight,” Khlo explains.

“Position yourself so your thighs are parallel to the floor, as if you were sitting in a chair. Make sure your weight is in your heels, and don’t let those knees creep out past your toes!”

We can just imagine Koko being a hardass, but absolutely incred, PT.

“Hold for at least 15 seconds,” she continues. “Work your way up to one minute as you get stronger!”

“This might look easy but, honey, ‘sitting’ has never been so hard!!!”

Want something harder? “For an extra challenge, hold weights in either hand or on your lap. (Anything heavy works!)”
