Here's what Fran from ‘Dodgeball’ looks like IRL (hint:stunning)

Oh, and she's been in everything you’ve ever watched.

Missi Pyle

It’s been 12 years (umm what?) since we watched Vince Vaughn and Justin Long ‘grab life by the balls’ in Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story. If you’ve seen the film, you’ll remember “Romanovian” dodgeball champion, Fran Stalinovskovichdavidovitchsky. Who could forget that monobrow?

Ben Stiller’s character, White Goodman, brings Fran onto the Globo-Gym team to win the Dodgeball Championship.

Ultimately, it does not, and the Average Joe’s take home the trophy. Fran finds love with one of the Average Joe’s, Owen.

If you thought Fran looked familiar, you’re not alone. Turns out, under all those prosthetics Fran is the radiant, seriously witty actress, Missi Pyle.

Missi has starred in a number of our all-time fave TV shows, with small roles in Friends (the one with Ross’ scary glowing teeth), Ally McBeal, Mad About You, The Drew Carey Show, and Frasier.

But that’s not all. Gurl has been workin’.

Missi has had supporting in roles in films such as Big Fish, Along Came Polly, Josie and the Pussycats, As Good As It Gets, Just My Luck, Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy, and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

Who could forget Missi as the ~uber~ competitive Mrs. Beauregarde?

Not to mention guest roles in popular shows like Boston Legal, Heroes, Grey’s Anatomy, Law and Order: SVU, 2 Broke Girls, The Sarah Silverman Program, Numb3rs, Pushing Daisies, The Mindy Project, American Dad, Bordertown, and Two and a Half Men - just to name a few.

She’s also a favourite choice for Amy Schumer’s sketch show, Inside Amy Schumer.

Missi portrayed Ellen Abbott (the super annoying, sensationalised cable news host inspired by Nancy Grace) in the EPIC psychological thriller Gone Girl.

She also starred as Constance in the Oscar-winning film, The Artist.

Most recently, Missi was cast in the drama Captain Fantastic, also starring Viggo Mortensen.

Dammnnn gurl, is there anything you can’t do?
