Muggles unite! A 'Harry Potter'-themed brunch is coming to Australia, so you can finally go to Hogwarts

Grab your best witches and walk the Great Hall.

Your time has finally come to go to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. And no, that doesn't mean that your acceptance letter has arrived via owl and you have to pack up your trunk for eight years of spells, classes and trying to take down the Dark Lord — but instead, it's just a bloody epic feast in the Great Hall.

Some wizarding wonders have come up with the idea of a Wizard Brunch, which will see them transform spaces in both Sydney and Melbourne's CBDs into the Great Hall — floating candles and all.

The organisers have promised that it will be an immersive experience with Quidditch, sorting ceremonies and wand lessons occurring alongside the feast to keep you entertained.

And what about the menu, we hear you chant? Well, Neville Longbottom, calm down and expect greatness.

All of the food is inspired by the books and movies, so we should keep our wands crossed for Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans, chocolate frogs and perhaps even a birthday cake baked by Hagrid. Hold the unicorn blood though, we'll do without that, thanks.

With 'magic potion' cocktails and Butterbeer by the gallon, we can assume that the night will end with merriment and a drunken delusion that we're actually in Hogwarts — until reality hits when we leave the hall and have to catch the boring muggle night bus home…
