UPDATE: The LAPD is investigating the rape allegations actress Kristina Cohen made against Gossip Girl star Ed Westwick, Deadline reports. On top of making the explosive claim on social media, Kristina has also filed a police report, which states that the “suspect forced victim to have sexual intercourse inside his residence… three years ago.”
Two witnesses have also spoken up to support Kristina’s story. Blaise Godbe Lipman, a former child actor who is also a friend of Kristina’s, confirmed to Deadline that she confided in him about the alleged incident the day after it happened. He said it happened a few days after Valentine’s Day in February 2014.
“She came over to my home the following morning and told me everything,” Blaise said. “She was in a state of shock. It was without a doubt rape.”
The other witness who spoke to Deadline was Kristina’s sister, Katalina Colgate, who said, “Very shortly after it happened, she told me that she was raped. She told me and my other sister. I was furious.”
Blaise and Kristina also both confirmed the identity of the producer Kristina was dating at the time, but didn’t name in her post: Australian producer Kaine Harling.
ORIGINAL STORY: Up until this morning, Kristina Cohen was relatively unknown, even though she’s an actress. Now, her name is in headlines everywhere, after she took to social media overnight to accuse Gossip Girl star Ed Westwick of rape.
As Kristina — an actress best known for her work in Greek and Californication — tells it, the alleged assault happened when an unnamed man she was dating at the time took her to Ed’s house, where he raped her.
In her account, the 27 year old only refers to the man she was dating as “the producer.”
Kristina writes in her post that Ed, who is best known for his role as Chuck bass on Gossip Girl, at one point suggested “we should all fuck.” Kristina says she didn't want to stay but the producer pressured her to remain at Ed’s house, where she took a nap. She says she woke up to find Ed on top of her with “his fingers entering my body.”

On Tuesday morning, Ed, 30, took to Instagram to strongly deny the rape allegations, claiming he didn't know Cohen and the event never happened.
The White Gold actor wrote:
"I do not know this woman.
"I have never forced myself in any manner, on any woman.
"I certainly have never committed rape."
