Porn actress Stoya accuses ex-boyfriend James Deen of rape

Following Stoya's accusation her ex-boyfriend raped her.

Update 1.12.15

Two days after porn actress and author Stoya tweeted that she was raped by her ex-boyfriend and fellow porn actor James Deen, another porn performer has come forward accusing Deen of assault. In an essay on the Daily Beast, Tori Lux writes that Deen came onto the set of one of her shoots in 2011 even though he was not in the scene. She writes:

I hadn't even had time to dress myself when he said, with a smirk on his face, "Tori Lux, would you like to sniff my testicles?" "Nope," I replied in a neutral tone. "I'll repeat myself: Tori Lux, would you like to sniff my testicles?" he asked, more aggressively this time. I replied with a firm "No," in order to establish my boundary — which James then disregarded by grabbing me by the throat and shoving me down onto a mattress on the floor. He proceeded to straddle my chest, pinning down my arms with his knees. Then, he raised his hand high above his head, swinging it down and hitting me in the face and head with an open palm. He did this five or six times — hard — before finally getting off of me.

Lux writes that she didn't report the incident to authorities because she was afraid, as a porn actress, that she would be blamed for putting herself in a risky position.

After Stoya's accusation, Deen posted this Instagram, and responded on Twitter.

He has not responded to Lux's claim of assault.

In an interview with the Daily Beast, another porn performer, Ashley Fires, claims that Deen sexually assaulted her as well. While in the shower after a shoot, Fires says Deen "comes up from behind me and pushes himself and his erection into my butt. He pushes me against the sink and starts grabbing on me and I was like, 'No, no, no James, no,' and he released me from his grasp, and says, 'You know, later if you want to fuck around I'm in room whatever-it-was. I was like, 'Fuck you*.'"

Deen has not issued any statements since his initial Instagram and tweets yesterday.

On Twitter, porn actress and author Stoya accused her ex-boyfriend, porn star James Deen, of raping her.

After tweeting the above, Stoya said she'd be offline until Dec. 17 for work.

Another one of Deen's exes, Joanna Angel, showed her support of Stoya on Twitter:

In July 2013, Stoya told the Huffington Post* that she and Deen were dating. Their break up is believed to have occurred sometime in 2014.

We've reached out to both James Deen and Stoya for comment and have not heard back yet.

UPDATE:** We received this from Stoya: "I am not available through any communication channels (including text, cell phone, twitter, email) until December 17th."
