“You don’t touch me, motherf—–!”

Waitress extraordinaire Emelia Holden is only 21-years-old, and she's already at the top of our list of badass women we want to be.

She was working at pizzeria called Vinnie Van Go-Go's in Savannah, Georgia, when a guy walked past her and groped her in full view of the restaurant. So invasive was the touch, Emelia assumed it was someone she knew because she couldn't fathom a stranger touching her like that.

"When I felt that happen, my first thought was that it was one of my friends…it was a really intimate touch," Emelia told PEOPLE. "His hand went further than it should have so I was thinking, 'There's no way a stranger just did that.'"

In the video you can see it takes her about 0.7 seconds to react and she drags his ass to the floor and puts him firmly in his place.

"I looked at him and I said, 'You don't touch me, motherf—–!'" Emelia added. "I didn't even think, I just reacted. I don't know how I reacted the way I did. I've never done that before."

She instantly told her co-worker to call the police and the man—Ryan Cherwinski—was arrested and charged with sexual battery.

"The guy claimed that he was just trying to push me out of the way and, 'Oh, I barely touched you.' Once the police saw the video, they immediately arrested him. There was no doubt that he did it," she explained to PEOPLE.

Get it, girl—we are so proud.
